Experience seamless video streaming on your LG Smart TV with webOS and NetCast. With Video & TV Cast for LG Smart TV, you can effortlessly browse the web and stream a wide range of content including web videos, online movies, livestreams, and live TV shows. The app supports popular video formats such as Mp4, m3u8, hls livestreams, and video-over-https.

One of the standout features of Video & TV Cast is its flexibility - there's no time limit when it comes to watching your favorite content. Whether it's a quick 2-minute video or an extended 2-hour film, you can enjoy it all on your LG Smart TV. Simply open the app, navigate to the desired website, wait for link detection, and with a single tap, send the video to your TV. The link will be displayed below the browser and with another tap, your chosen show will start playing. Forget cumbersome media servers like Plex or third-party software - Video & TV Cast makes streaming hassle-free.

Before you get started, there are a few important notes to consider:
<ul>
 <li>To enable video casting, please access the LG App Store (LG Smart World / LG Content Store) on your TV. Search for 'TV Cast' and install the companion app.</li>
 <li>Enter the IP address of your iPhone/iPad using the number pad and navigation keys on your TV remote or Magic Remote scroll wheel. No need to press the enter key.</li>
 <li>Please be aware that iTunes movies, Flash videos, and DRM protected content from platforms like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, DirecTV, Xfinity, and HBO Now are not supported.</li>
 <li>Before upgrading to the premium edition, we recommend testing your favorite videos with the free version of the app to ensure compatibility.</li>
 <li>For seamless control, use the hardware remote of your LG Smart TV to navigate the app and manage video playback.</li>
 <li>Please note that the app streams only the video portion of a website, not the entire website content. Screen or tab mirroring is not supported.</li>
 <li>Occasionally, it may be necessary to play a video on your iPad or iPhone before it is discovered by the app for streaming. If certain videos are not working, please consult the FAQ on the app start page or contact our support team before posting a negative comment on the App Store. We strive to add support for additional websites as quickly as possible.</li>

Upgrade features are available as in-app purchases and include:
<ul>
 <li>Premium Edition: Unlock all current and future features without having to pay for them separately with updated versions of the app.</li>
 <li>Remote Playbar: Utilize advanced video control options while browsing including scrubbing, forward, rewind, play, pause, and stop. Works with all LG Smart TVs.</li>
 <li>Local Videos: Cast your iPhone or iPad camera roll videos which support mp4, m4v, and mov formats. These videos can be saved to the camera roll via Apple's SD-Card/USB Adapter, iTunes Desktop Software, or third-party apps.</li>
 <li>Ad-Blocker: Block ads and pop-ups on most websites and remove sponsored ads from within the app. Ad-blocking can be enabled, disabled, and updated at any time through the settings.</li>
 <li>Bookmarks: Save an unlimited number of website bookmarks. Synchronize and transfer them across different TV Cast apps and iOS devices using backup and restore via iCloud.</li>
 <li>Desktop Mode: Change your browser's user-agent to mimic a desktop PC and load the desktop version of websites instead of the mobile version. Please note that this feature does not enable video casting on websites that serve Flash videos exclusively in desktop mode.</li>
</ul>
